(Elizabeth) Kerry Gallivan Bennett,

MD, MPH, FACS, CPCC, CYT

When I was a child I would say I wanted to be a student forever. I have gotten my wish.
Here is what the letters after my name stand for:

  • MD = Medical Doctorate
  • MPH = Masters in Public Health
  • FACS = Fellow in the American College of Surgeons
  • CPCC = Certified Professional Co-Active Coach
  • CYT = Certified Yoga Teacher
  • EKG = my initials growing up, given to me by my thoracic surgeon father and critical care nurse mother
